Return Policy

We stand behind every formulation. If a product is not right for you, we will make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You may return any unopened, unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (shipping charges are non-refundable).

Opened Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged. If you experience irritation or a reaction, please email us at hello@maisonvanirene.com within 14 days of first use. Reactions to peptide-based skincare are rare but we take them seriously and will respond personally.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or the product is defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A photo of the damaged item and its packaging
A brief description of the issue

We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. No return shipment required in most cases.

How to Initiate a Return

Email hello@maisonvanirene.com with your order number and reason for return
We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid return label (for eligible returns)
Pack the unopened product in its original packaging and drop it at any authorized carrier location
Once received and inspected (typically 3-5 business days after arrival), your refund will be processed to the original payment method

Refund Timing

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 3 business days. Your bank or credit card issuer may take an additional 3-10 business days to post the credit.
