Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Policy

Every Maison Van Irene order ships with the same care given to the formulation itself — from a US fulfillment partner with consistent handling standards.

Where We Ship

United States only at launch, including all 50 states and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping will be added as demand develops.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders $75 and above — Free Standard Shipping
  • Orders under $75 — $7.95 Flat Rate Standard Shipping

The Copper Peptide Barrier Cream ($125) and The Ritual ($185) both qualify for free shipping. Only single Elixir orders fall under the $75 threshold.

Delivery Timeline

Standard shipping: 3-5 business days from order confirmation. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships, typically within 1-2 business days of placement.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day typically ship the same or next business day. Orders placed after 2pm ET, on weekends, or on US federal holidays ship the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive two emails for each order:

  1. Order confirmation — immediately after checkout
  2. Shipping notification — with tracking number, once your order leaves the warehouse

Fulfillment Partner

We fulfill Maison Van Irene orders through a US-based warehousing and shipping partnership to ensure consistent speed, quality handling, and reliable tracking.

If Your Order Is Delayed

Most delays resolve within 2-3 additional business days. If tracking has not updated within 5 business days of the shipping notification, please email us at hello@maisonvanirene.com with your order number and we will investigate.

Damaged or Missing Items

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
